Build of background, middle ground, foreground and character addition
This task involved creating a unique character as well as an environment to complement it. These elements were to be created independent of one another but come together harmoniously with the addition of shadow and highlights. After dozens of rough sketches, eliminating countless variations, and refinement, the final character pictured was created. A vibrant hybrid bear-koala-alien, if you will.
